What is the process of building a custom bike? FAQ's
How do i get started?
To begin your custom order, the first step is to place an order through our website. All you’ll need to do is select the motor power you would like and watch the “Build & Order Total” price pop-up. Once you have made your choice, you’ll be required to place a deposit of £1,000.00. After receiving your order, we will send you additional options to choose from, such as tyre type, alloy size, display, mirrors Bluetooth connectivity and more. For example, If you select the “Motor Type 5000W”, the total cost to build and order the bike will be £3,699.99 which includes delivery, regardless of any other options you choose, simple!
Do i need to sign anything?
After you have made a deposit of £1,000.00, we will provide you with additional options to customise your bike. Once you have made your selection and are satisfied, we will send you an invoice to confirm your order with the terms and conditions of sale, which will be included on the second page of the invoice, along with a required signature.
Can i place my order over the phone?
If you would like to speak with us over the phone, you are welcome to do so. However, please note that all payments must be made through our website or via bank transfer. Once the deposit has been paid, we can discuss your bike specifications over the phone if you prefer. Either way, we will still require you to send us an email with your order for confirmation and signing or purchase.
How long is production and when is the remaining payment required?
The standard production time for the bike is usually 20-40 working days, depending on the specifications you select. We will keep you updated on the progress of your bike throughout the production process, so you always know what’s going on. Once your bike has been completed and set up for testing, we will send you images and possibly a video of the finished product. We will require your immediate confirmation of satisfaction before we box up the bike for delivery to your address. Regarding payment, we will only request the remaining payment after confirmation of satisfaction and when your bike is ready to be dispatched.
Can i order a build a bike if i live outside of the UK?
If you live outside of the UK, don’t worry! We offer worldwide shipping. We can ship to all countries within the EU free of charge. However, if you live outside of the EU, please contact us with your full address to ensure that we can deliver to your location.
