Recommended every 6 to 9 months, depending on mileage, this product is perfect for year-round commutes.- Bike assessment.
- Frame & fork checked and wiped down
- Seat post removed and regreased/grip-paste applied
- Mech hanger re-alignment
- Tyres checked & inflated
- All bolts tightened to the correct torque setting
- Gear Tune
- Brake Tune (Not including pads & bleeding)

Silver Service
Our most popular service includes a full check, strip down, and lubrication for a new bike feel. We recommend this service every 9 to 12 months, depending on mileage. This particular service has gained the most popularity among our customers.- Bike assessment.
- Bike is stripped down to frame and forks.
- Frame and forks cleaned down and checked.
- Tyres checked & inflated.
- All cables stripped, changed or relubed.
- All bolts tightened to the correct torque setting.

Gold Service
Our ultimate service includes headset/hub services and brake bleeds on top of a Silver service. We recommend this service every 12 to 24 months, depending on mileage. If you own an Xplore X-52 Electric Bike or a high-powered electric bike, we highly recommend the Gold Service.- Bike assessment.

BASIC MOTOR INSPECTION
We offer a comprehensive diagnostic inspection that includes a detailed breakdown report highlighting any recommended or necessary repair work. This inspection is an integral part of all our repair or replacement services and is included in the overall cost.
REGULAR MOTOR SERVICE
Regular motor service will keep your motor in its best working condition. We test, inspect, clean, regrease and reassemble your E-Motor.
CRANK SHAFT BEARING REPLACEMENT
Inspect, clean, and replace defective crankshaft bearings in your motor. Test, re-grease, and reassemble.
FULL BEARING REPLACEMENT SERVICE
Basic motor inspection and replacement of every bearing within the motor. Test, Inspect, Full motor tear down, Clean, Replace all Bearings, Regrease and Reassemble your E-Motor.
BROSE BELT REPLACEMENT
Over time these belts can wear or snap and need inspecting regularly. Belt replacements can be done separately or along side a bearing service. Test, Inspect, Belt Replacement and Reassemble your E-Motor.
