WARRANTY POLICY
These terms and conditions are the contract between you and Xplore Electric Limited, company number 12658974 (‘we’, ‘our’, or ‘us’).
Our registered office is at 838 Wickham Rd, Croydon CR0 8ED (This address is not our trading store).
The following terms apply to you as a customer or prospective customer and so far as the context allows, to you as a visitor to our website. They prevail over any terms proposed by you.
Please read these terms carefully before you make an order. They tell you how we will provide Products to you and explain how the contract works and what to do if there is a problem and other important information.
Warranty
All our motorised products come with a 6 – 12 months warranty depending on the product. Our warranty does not include parts subject to wear and tear such as tyres, brakes, chain and seat. To see the warranty on the product you are interested in purchasing, please check the description.
If you receive your product damaged or faulty, get in contact with us. We will require you to send pictures and videos of the damaged or faulty product to our email address warranties@xploreelectric.co.uk for our warranties team to analysis. Once we have confirmed the parts which will need to be replaced, we will have the parts sent over to your address free of charge with a delivery time of 10 – 15 working days. Customisable products
1.1 Cancellations.
1.2 We do not accept a return with customised products. Before placing an order, we will have a DocuSign agreement sent over to you with all the relevant information and terms & conditions in regards to your build. Once the agreement has been read through, accepted and signed, the document will be automatically sent back to us. From this point onwards, we will request a deposit of £1,000.00 to get your order started. If you decide to change your mind while your bike is in the process of production, then your £1,000.00 deposit will be non-refundable and we will successfully cancel your order.
1.3 If your bike has been dispatched and you would like to cancel your order for a refund, this will not be accepted.
1.4 Once you receive your bike, and you are not satisfied with it, and you wish to return your custom-built bike for a refund, this will not be accepted.
2.0 Warranty
2.1 If you receive your bike damaged or faulty, get in contact with us. We will require you to send pictures and videos of the damaged or faulty part to our WhatsApp Online chat for our warranties team to analysis. Once we have confirmed the parts which will need to be replaced, we will have the parts sent over to your address free of charge with a delivery time of 10 working days. Tracking information will be applied. The warranty does not include us fixing your bike or collection and re-delivery fees. You would have our full support in helping get your bike fixed.
If you wanted to get your bike fixed by us, delivery fees and labour will be covered by the buyer. If you are happy to pay for the repairs, we will require you to have your bike sent over to us, or we can arrange one of our drivers to come and collect your bike with additional fees applied. Once, your bike has been repaired, we will have pictures and videos sent over to you to show that the bike has been repaired and let you know when your bike will be dispatched. To avoid damage in transit, we will have our own drivers deliver your bike back to your
